Flavour Saline, bonedry taste and velvety tannins , blood orange, dried violet, spour cherry an easydrinkinng palate and lingering elegant finishing

Food pairings Wild boar meat,thistles flan , civet of deer
When to drink Exceptionally long-lasting and if stored appropriately, it will preserve its characteristics over 10 years after bottling
Best if aired for one hour before drinking
